1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, playing a game, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with the dc6666 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of dc6666, including visitors who browse the platform without registering.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

dc6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of dc6666 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use dc6666, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing dc6666 as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity or organisation.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended dc6666 account.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by dc6666 or any recognised responsible gaming body.
• Online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are using your own funds for deposits and are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

dc6666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or any government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access dc6666's full range of services, you must register for an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one dc6666 account at any given time. If we detect that you hold or have previously held additional accounts under the same or different identities, all accounts may be permanently closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — confidential and secure. dc6666 staff will never ask for your password through any channel. You must notify dc6666 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted via your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. dc6666 reserves the right to close any account where information is found to be inaccurate and to withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dc6666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. Supported local payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Supported methods and their terms are subject to change; always check the cashier for the current list.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. dc6666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are ordinarily processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. dc6666 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal. In cases where a player has received bonus funds, withdrawals may be subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements before the withdrawal request can be approved. dc6666 may request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership before releasing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on dc6666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). dc6666 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by dc6666.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dc6666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus wagering counts contributions from eligible casino games only — sports bets, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

dc6666 monitors all accounts for patterns of play that constitute abuse of promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. If bonus abuse is detected, dc6666 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses and winnings, and to close the account.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each verified player once only. Players who have previously held an account — regardless of account name — are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on dc6666 are supplied by internationally certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules defined by its respective provider. dc6666 is responsible for publishing those rules in accessible form but is not the developer or operator of the underlying game engines.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All random-outcome games (slots, instant games, virtual games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certification is maintained by the game providers and is subject to periodic independent audit. dc6666 does not and cannot influence RNG outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or server failure, dc6666 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid. dc6666 will make reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their pre-error state. In cases of dispute, the dc6666 server logs constitute the primary record of the transaction.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on dc6666 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the sportsbook section. General sports betting rules including settlement procedures, cancellation policies, and in-play betting protocols are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dc6666 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any identity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in an automated fashion.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals via your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dc6666 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing dc6666 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or other circumvention tools to mask your actual location.

dc6666 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection of any prohibited conduct.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by dc6666

dc6666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or behaviour that dc6666 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your dc6666 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion options include temporary time-outs (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. dc6666 will notify you by email before applying any dormant account administration fee. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance deduction after the dormancy period has been established. Please ensure your registered email address remains current to receive such notifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dc6666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the dc6666 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from gambling activity. dc6666 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

dc6666's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other materials available on the dc6666 platform are the property of dc6666 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of dc6666 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through dc6666's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. dc6666's decision on matters of interpretation of these Terms shall be final, subject only to such arbitration proceedings.

If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process has been exhausted, you may escalate the matter as described in our complaints procedure, a copy of which is available from the support team upon request.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and dc6666 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

No Waiver: dc6666's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.

Language: These Terms are published in English. The English version is the governing version. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal force and, in the event of any inconsistency, the English text shall prevail.
